About RRG

A for-profit business with a calling, not just a scrapyard.

Resurrection Recycling Group is a locally owned, veteran-owned, licensed and insured LLC built on a simple idea: that the things people throw away — and sometimes the people themselves — are worth resurrecting. We do honest work, pay fair prices, and reinvest in the communities we serve.

From church scrap drives to contractor partnerships and recovery-based employment, our work is about more than metal. It's about restoring resources, renewing communities, and giving people a second chance.

Our Vision

"We exist to redeem the discarded — through metal recycling and property cleaning, we restore resources, renew communities, and reflect the redemptive power of Jesus Christ in every neighborhood we serve."

Frequently Asked

Straight answers to common questions.

Don't see what you're looking for? Give us a call at (336) 452-7641 — we're happy to talk it through.

What metals do you accept?
We accept most ferrous and non-ferrous metals: steel, iron, cast iron, copper, brass, aluminum, stainless steel, lead, and more. Got something unusual? Send us a photo or give us a call — odds are we can take it.
Do you pick up, or do I bring it to you?
Both. Small loads are welcome at our yard. For larger volumes — or junk cars and full property cleanups — we'll come to you. Cleanup and demolition is primarily Wilkes County and surrounding counties; for metal pickups we'll travel 3–4 hours when the volume or value justifies the trip.
How fast can you respond?
We respond to quote requests within 24 hours, and most pickups can be scheduled the same week. Storm cleanup and time-sensitive jobs can often be moved up — just let us know.
Do you work with churches, contractors, and businesses?
Yes — and we love to. We partner with churches for scrap drives and fundraisers, with contractors on jobsite pickups and roll-offs, and with local businesses on ongoing recycling routes. Contact us to set up a partnership.
What does "A Metal for Ministry Mission" actually mean?
We're a for-profit business — but the profit goes further than the bottom line. Proceeds support recovery-based employment, community renewal, and ministry partnerships. Choosing RRG means your scrap is doing more than getting hauled away.
How are your prices?
Honest and competitive. Scrap prices move with the market, so we'll give you a current quote when you call or fill out the form. For larger loads or recurring volume, we'll work out a price that respects both sides.
